Hello, my name is Julia McGinnis and I am serving as a cataloging consultant on the Tulane Recovery Project.

I am currently the Technical Services Librarian at California University of Pennsylvania. I am making regular trips down to New Orleans this summer to help organize the cataloging workflow. Having spent the last 2 summers managing a Dewey to LC reclassification project, it is a lot of fun to work with someone else’s challenges.

I really enjoy working with the great group of people in the Recovery Center and the opportunity to help rebuild the Tulane library collections.
