Our Client, one of the largest public law libraries in the U.S. engaged LAC to conduct a national recruiting effort to replace the outgoing director who was resigning after 20 years on the job. LAC's recruiters presented four viable candidates, including a senior Library staff member, and assisted the Board in the interview process. LAC's recruiters were present for all of the interviews, and assisted the Board in their evaluations of each candidate. LAC conducted background checks, interviewed all references and presented the Board with detailed dossiers on each candidate.
