Previously he worked with Library Associates on the Serials Inventory Contract with the Library of Congress, and at the US State Department Foreign Service Institute. His background includes work in special and academic libraries, education, and business development.

Prior to joining our team Jon lived and worked in Ukraine, first as a US Peace Corps Masters International Program volunteer and then as a contractor with American Councils for International Exchange. With the US Peace Corps Jon worked as a business consultant advising local nonprofits in diversifying their revenue sources and expanding their outreach and operations. He was involved in a number of organizations dealing with business education and economic development. Afterwards he worked with American Councils representing the organization in designated regions of Ukraine and recruiting candidates for the US State Department funded Future Leaders Exchange program.
